Team Training
Consistent, high‑quality training is the foundation of our program’s success and the driving force behind every stage of the lacrosse development journey. Each session is intentionally designed to elevate all aspects of a player’s game, from stick skills and footwork to game IQ and the technical and tactical details that shape well‑rounded athletes. Whether your goal is to compete at the collegiate level, earn a varsity roster spot, or continue growing in a sport you love, training is the key that unlocks long‑term progress.
With Fall tournaments kicking off in late October, we intentionally maximize the window between the end of summer play and the start of competition. This period is crucial for strengthening team concepts, refining individual skills, and building the foundation athletes need to perform at a high level. Our training camp, team practices, and skill‑specific sessions are structured to ensure players receive the most effective preparation possible heading into tournament season.
We’re excited to launch into the Fall with team practices beginning in early September and running through late January. These practices give athletes the opportunity to sharpen fundamentals, build team chemistry, and maintain peak physical condition throughout the Fall and Winter months. Practice times are thoughtfully planned to support steady development without overwhelming players’ schedules. We’ve worked hard to minimize conflicts with school activities and Fall sports, ensuring multi‑sport athletes can excel both on the lacrosse field and in their other commitments.
