FALL TRYOUTS

Our tryouts are carefully structured to give every athlete meaningful opportunities to shine. Each player will have ample time to demonstrate their abilities in front of our coaching staff, ensuring maximum visibility and fair evaluation. Throughout the session, athletes will rotate through targeted skill work, competitive small‑sided drills, and live scrimmage play—creating multiple chances to showcase their talent, athleticism, and lacrosse IQ.

Fall TOURNAMENTS

Our Fall Training is intentionally designed with these tournaments in mind. Every practice emphasizes tactical development, strategic systems, and game‑specific concepts that sharpen our execution and elevate our overall performance. By building a strong foundation and refining advanced schemes, we ensure our players enter tournament play confident, prepared, and ready to compete at a high level.

Team TRAiniNG

Practices will begin in September, following Labor Day weekend and the start of the school year, and will be held on Sundays for two hours. This schedule is intentionally designed to avoid conflicts with Fall sports, ensuring our multi‑sport athletes can participate fully without added pressure. By keeping weekly commitments limited and purposeful, we make it possible for players to stay engaged in lacrosse while continuing to excel in their other athletic and academic responsibilities.
