Information:

Pride Minis is a team program designed to give young athletes in Kindergarten through 3rd grade a fun, supportive introduction to the game. This program focuses on building a love for lacrosse while teaching the basic fundamentals including stick skills, passing, catching, cradling, shooting, and movement.

Players will participate in engaging drills, small-sided games, and age-appropriate activities that help develop coordination, confidence, and teamwork. Practices emphasize learning through play in a positive environment where athletes can explore the sport, make friends, and grow their skills.

No previous lacrosse experience is required. This program is a great first step for young athletes who are curious about lacrosse and excited to learn the game.
